targate program and how it came on the

targetter.

targate program and, and, and remote viewing and, and, and, and in US intelligence.
[0:51:17 - 0:51:25] the counterintelligence problem. That was the beginning before it was called S
targate. That was

TARG heard about it and they said, well, we want to interview them. We don't want
[0:55:56 - 0:56:03] evaluation. So they came to Fort Mead and we brought all these people in and put off and
TARG [0:56:13 - 0:56:20] we went out to lunch, but off in
TARG and Scottie Watt and me went out to lunch and they were
[1:04:04 - 1:04:16] passed, that price was remote viewing for them at SRI and he had one
target that he talked about,

target was and it might be an apple over. It might be a coordinate or whatever.

targets that their remote viewers are getting?

target assigned by the coordinate? And over here was Sugar Grove. When he got sent here,
[1:25:55 - 1:26:03] target trying to do their best and get good protocols and everything. And it's a boring, I'm going to
[1:29:37 - 1:29:45] in Northern California. But he would come down to do sessions because put off an
targ, check them out.

targets like send them to a very confusing museum that went
[1:37:31 - 1:37:37] So those were challenge type
targets that I did several different kinds. So I took
[1:37:52 - 1:38:02] this in a challenge
target training? I didn't need the Pentagon to tell me to do it. I was the
[1:38:07 - 1:38:24] side, it was challenge
targets. So I worked up a set of plans for taking the transcript
[1:38:35 - 1:38:46] and then did a series of challenge
targets. Four of them with Joe who does a ERV thing,
[1:39:23 - 1:39:29] talking about this anymore. So he handed me these and see if I would run challenge
targets on them.
