Underwater UFOs have been tracked for decades, considering that 95% of the oceans remain unexplored and two thirds of the earth is covered by water. Both human and non-human assets are present in the ocean, with some suggesting the existence of underwater bases. There's a covert human electromagnetic array and a similar one located at the South Pole, described by a Raytheon whistleblower as a mile under the ice with neutrino light emitters and detectors. Extraterrestrial vehicles and bases are also believed to exist deep underwater, capable of traversing any medium. This is possible through technology enabling passage through solid matter, sometimes referred to as transmedium. Teleportation, based on quantum entanglement, is separate but related to the concept of passing through matter. If the resonant frequency of matter and electronics is altered, a craft could pass through solid objects, effectively existing between the atoms and molecules which comprise mass. If space between atoms and molecules were removed, the mass of a body could fit on the tip of a pen, suggesting the possibility of traversing solid matter by existing in that space.
