While in the Air Force, stories were shared of recovered extraterrestrial craft, but were dismissed at the time. A strong connection to the ocean led to volunteering for submarine duty on the USS Tyru, a technologically advanced diesel-electric submarine. While on transit, a large, disc-shaped craft, approximately the size of a Midway-class aircraft carrier, rose from the ocean, tumbled, and entered the clouds. This object repeatedly surfaced and submerged, appearing to part the water without resistance, demonstrating technology beyond known capabilities. Photographs were taken, and the crew was thoroughly debriefed by Naval Intelligence, ultimately instructed to deny witnessing anything and threatened with severe penalties for disclosure. This confirmed a deliberate cover-up regarding the existence of these objects and a desire to suppress information about them.
